Terms and Conditions of Use

The ZeDates website is published and operated by Atlantis Corporates, a company whose registered office is located at 88-90 Hatton Garden, London, Holborn, EC1N 8PG, United Kingdom (hereinafter "the Company", "we"). ZeDates is a dating platform enabling adults to create a profile, communicate and meet one another.
By creating an account or using the website, you accept these terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.
1. Conditions of access
Registration is reserved for persons aged 18 years or over. By creating an account, you warrant on your honour that you have reached that age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation and to close any account whose age is in doubt.
2. Your account
You undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information, and to hold only one account. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Rules of conduct
You are prohibited in particular from:
- posting hateful, violent, harassing or defamatory content, or unsolicited sexually explicit material;
- impersonating another person or posting photographs that are not your own;
- offering paid sexual services, promoting a business or soliciting other members;
- using robots, scripts or any automated means to collect data or to create multiple accounts;
- attempting to circumvent security measures or to gain unauthorised access to the Company's systems;
- any illegal activity, in particular fraud, romance scams or money laundering.
4. Content you publish
You remain the holder of the rights in the photographs and texts you publish. You nevertheless grant the Company a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content in the course of operating the service. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights in what you publish. The Company may remove any content that breaches these terms, without notice.
5. Moderation and reporting
Every profile can be reported and every member blocked with a single action. Reports are reviewed and may result in a warning, a suspension or the permanent closure of the account. You may report content by writing to contact@zedates.com.
6. Subscriptions, credits and payments
Certain features are payable, in the form of a subscription or credits. Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) before confirmation. Purchased credits are neither refundable nor transferable, save as otherwise required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
7. Right of withdrawal
As the service is supplied immediately and by electronic means, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied before the end of the statutory period, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Suspension and closure
The Company may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, a suspicion of fraud or a legal obligation. You may delete your account at any time from the settings of your profile.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". The Company endeavours to ensure its availability without being able to guarantee it. It shall not be held liable for indirect damage, nor for the consequences of meetings, communications or relationships formed between members, which are their sole responsibility.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11. Amendments
The Company may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the website, together with its update date. In the event of a substantial amendment, you will be informed by e-mail or by a message within the service.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rights to which you are entitled as a consumer.
